Navleen Kalra
UK-based senior HR leader; HR Director in FTSE 100 packaging; later at Network Rail
Navleen Kalra is a UK-based human resources leader with long experience of working in blue-chip organizations globally. At the time of her NISSMAT session she was Director HR with a FTSE 100 packaging company in the United Kingdom with operations in other countries; her career history includes HR Director roles with the packaging group DS Smith as well as with Lamons and NHS England.
A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development-trained professional, she completed CIPD graduate membership studies in human resource management in London between 2003 and 2006. She has since moved into the rail sector, serving Network Rail as HR Director for Inclusion and Transformation and subsequently as People & Transformation Director, also leading talent, leadership and DEI work for Great British Railways.
