Lt Gen Rakesh Kumar Loomba

A 1971 War veteran commissioned into Skinner’s Horse, he commanded the Deccan Horse, an Armoured Brigade during Op Vijay, the Army’s primary Strike Armoured Division, and a Corps in the North-East. He retired after 40 years of service as Director General of Military Intelligence.

Ranjit Pachnanda

A retired Indian Police Service officer who held senior positions in almost all central police organisations, he served as Security Advisor to the Chief Minister of Assam and Chairman of the Haryana Public Service Commission. A St. Stephen’s College alumnus and law gold medallist of Punjab University, he led the Indian delegation to the UN Chiefs of Police Summit in 2018.
