Ms. Kashiana Singh

Kashiana Singh is an operational leader and general management expert with diverse experience across large global organizations. An MBA, she served as Vice President at Alight Solutions, Chicago, USA, where a sixteen-year tenure culminated in the role of Vice President, Health and Benefits Operations. Her career of nearly three decades has centred on client delivery excellence, large-scale operations and people engagement across global teams.
Alongside her corporate career, Singh is an acclaimed poet. Her TEDx talk, dedicated to ‘Work as Worship’, distils her philosophy of carrying devotion into everyday work. Her publications include the full-length collection Woman by the Door and the chapbook Crushed Anthills (Yavanika Press, 2020), with poems appearing in Rattle, Visual Verse and anthologies such as The Kali Project.
She has served as Managing Editor of Poets Reading the News and as President of the Board of the North Carolina Poetry Society, and continues to write and speak on the intersection of work, purpose and poetry.
