Vishnu Sultania has close to three decades of experience working as a financial controller with multinational groups and is an acknowledged expert in mergers and acquisitions. Over his career he has been associated with Agio (Singapore), Rostel (UK), Telstra (Australia) and Verint (USA), and he was named among the Best 100 CFOs of India for his exceptional contribution to the field of finance.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, he served as Financial Controller of Rostel Holdings (1995-97), as CFO and Company Secretary with Telstra (1997-2004) and as CFO of Verint Systems (2004-09), and has also held leadership positions with groups including Srei International, OCS Group and Mortice Ltd.
He is the founder and Managing Director of AKMV Consultants, a Gurugram-based advisory firm, where he leads cross-border M&A transactions and fund-raising mandates across the technology, infrastructure and facility management sectors. He also mentors start-ups on seed funding, growth capital and M&A strategy.
