Mohit Saraf
Founder & Managing Partner, Saraf and Partners; co-founder of Luthra & Luthra
Mohit Saraf is a lawyer of great standing who helped establish the famous law firm Luthra and Luthra (later L&L Partners) and presently heads the law firm Saraf and Partners, with over 100 counsels on its rolls. An awardee of the M&A Lawyer Award by IFLR, he is ranked among the top 100 lawyers of India.
He launched Saraf and Partners in July 2021 as an independent, full-service firm with offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, opening with 21 partners and a total strength of nearly 100 lawyers. The firm has grown into one of India’s prominent corporate law practices.
