Dr. Pavan Duggal is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, acknowledged as one of the topmost lawyers in the world on cyber laws. He is empaneled as a consultant with UNCTAD and UNESCAP, and holds the unique distinction of organizing and conducting training programmes on cyber laws for the judges selected for the International Court of Justice, The Hague.
Widely acknowledged as among the top cyber lawyers globally, he is the Founder and Chairman of the International Commission on Cyber Security Law and President of Cyberlaws.Net. His practice and prolific writing span cyberlaw, cybercrime, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence law, and he has worked as an expert with international bodies including the Council of Europe on cybercrime and the e-ASEAN Task Force, and as a reviewer for the Asian Development Bank.
